Group Boxing Class Reservation

In class, you'll take your spot in front of the heavy bag, mix up your training with mitt work, and fine-tune your body with strength and conditioning. - Classes are 60 minutes long
- If you do not own your own hand wraps and gloves, a loaner pair will be given to you.
- We recommend showing up 10 - 15 minutes early if it's your first time. Or, if you are borrowing equipment. During this time, your coach will review boxing basics with you.

Monday Moves
We curently do not offer weekly Monday classes. However, we will always accomodate groups who are interested in setting up a private event. Please contact us for more information.

Tuesday Throwdown
7:00 PM on Tuesdays is the time to throw down with those early week stressors. Join Coach Mark for an evening class packed with action. You are guaranteed to leave ready to tackle the rest of the week!

Wednesday Workout
5:30 PM on Wednesdays is perfect for the after work crowd. Get those gloves on, champ. Coach Mark won't let hump day beat you.

Thursday Box & Brew
7:00 PM on Thursdays run a few minutes shorter so fighters can work out their social muscles. After we throw hands, we recover with a cold beer to celebrate one another. Plus, the brew carbs will aid in your recovery. The brew is optional and only available for fighters at least 21 years old. All brews are gifted.

Friday Footwork
7:00 AM on Fridays is the best way to boxer shuffle into the weekend. Get those feet moving and your workout done early.

Saturday Showdowns
Join us at either 9:00 AM to float like a butterfly into the weekend! If you have trouble making it to the studio during the week, a Saturday class is the perfect solution.

Sunday Recovery
Even the World's Greatest need a day to recover. We currently do not offer weekly Sunday classes.
